The innovative model of the growing business aggregations in Zhejiang Province, P. R. China

The great success of the aggregation growth model in Zhejiang Province has attracted wide attention from academic and industrial circles. The present paper probes into this mainstream economic development model of Zhejiang Province - the aggregation growth model. On the basis of this, the paper further studies the "Three-in-One" composite innovative system, and the model that initially starts innovation step by step and then proceeds with a concerted innovative effort. It is pointed out that, though the aggregation development model is constrained by factors such as "credit network", "entrepreneurial beliefs", "competitive culture", it depends on the chain formation of complete innovation in the aggregation, which is "Research & Developmenf' - "Flexible & Specialized Production" - "Market Developmenf'. Generally speaking, the aggregations that have strong historical origin and that have stood the test of value chain and marketlization are the ones with great vitality.
