摘要：

By setting up the index system of performance evaluation and utilizing DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) models, this paper variously analyses and evaluates the performance of R&D resource allocation. It introduces the super-efficiency of MDEA (Modify-DEA) model and solves the problem how to rank the DMU (decision making units) when more than one DMUs are efficient.
