摘要
The Wiener-Hopf-Fock method is used to find an analytical solution to a problem of plane-wave diffraction by strip and by slit. The problem is reduced to solving paired singular integral equations or a system of Fredholm integral equations of the second kind. Efficient methods for solving a system of functional equations are proposed. The short-wave asymptotic solutions are compared with the results obtained earlier by various asymptotic methods. A characteristic equation is obtained that determines the strip resonance condition in the short-wave approximation.
