Integrated Management of Process Quality in Product Life Cycle

In a contribution there are author's lessons learned used by applying of integrated management of process quality in a product life cycle phases in a selected company. It is about integrating the information system of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in a company. Such connection of information systems significantly contributes to increasing of productivity and efficiency of information's utilization (data collection), which are related to products of a company. Procedure was applied on a chosen group of special equipment mechanisms. Results, which were achieved by application of integrated procedure significantly, influence all phases and processes of chosen product life cycle.
