Synthesis and crystal structure of fluorine-containing α-aminophosphonates

摘要
Two fluorine-containing alpha-aminophosphonate compounds were synthesized by the reaction of phenyl-imines with phosphite ester, and characterized by elemental analysis, H-1 NMR, FT-IR and MS spectra. X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis indicates that the crystal belongs to triclinic system with space group P-1, a = 1.0178(6) nm, b = 1.0354(6) nm, c = 2.2534(13) nm, alpha = 77.413(10)degrees, beta = 78.340(10)degrees, gamma = 77.540(10)degrees, V = 2.233(2) nm(3), Z = 4, D-e = 1.289 Mg.m(-3), mu = 0.175 mm(-1), F (000) = 840. The final R = 0.0728, wR = 0.1724.
