摘要
Curriculum development is the critical focus area of educational reform. The quality of talent cultivation is indirectly influenced by the framework of curriculum system and scientific design of curriculum development. In order to fully interpret the transformation of practice in the undergraduate curriculum development of higher education institutions, this paper, with the perspective from "enjoying together" (universal curriculum development) to "two-type" (orientation of innovative and applied type), analyzes the value orientation and concept guidance of curriculum development and explore ways to manage, transform and implement curriculum development in practice.
