摘要：

In this paper, experimental investigation of terrestrial free space optical communication (TFSOC) at latitude 10.66 degrees and longitude 79.05 degrees under different weather is proposed. Optical signal intensity fluctuations, optical path length, meteorological parameters and wavefront profile study have been measured over a range of visibility (m), temperature (degrees C), pressure (kPA), relative humidity (%) and wind speed (ms(-1)) variations. Strhel ratio (SR), bit error rate (BER) and atmospheric turbulence strength (C-n(2)) are taken into account for the performance analysis of TFSOC link and necessary results are presented.
