The objective a this present research is to find a relevant set of performance ratios. which will allowed a proper evaluation of the production systems performance for the textile ready-made clothes industry. in the framework due by the latest unfavourable changes of the global market. In order to reach that purpose, we will display a new kind of reason in the textile production approach, which will combine the economical aspect of the added value and the technical aspect of the global efficiency, with the human resource performance, taking into account simultaneously the requirements for an integrated approach of the enterprise production functions, the quality assurance and the maintenance activity.
