摘要
This research article reports electronically tunable high-frequency meminductor based on single output operational transconductance amplifiers (OTA) and differential voltage current conveyor (DVCC). The reported design has two OTAs, one DVCC, two capacitors and a resistor. Here we have presented both theoretical as well as the simulation aspects of the meminductor design using Cadence Virtuoso at 0.18 mu m CMOS technology. Both methods verify the realization of meminductor behaviour. It demonstrated huge electronic tunability with external bias voltage in a wide operating frequency range of 10 MHz. Further, the circuit performance estimation with respect to various parameters such as process corners, capacitor, voltage, temperature, and frequency variation is also carried out here in detail.
