摘要：

The objective of this research is to know the prevalence of risky sexual behaviors (RSB) in the presence of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) in university students. It is a study descriptive and inferential design, the sample was made up of 376 university students who were recorded in writing their participation. Sexual Risk Behaviors and the qualitative presence of HIV were measured, an instrument that measured 17 risky behaviors was implemented. The data analysis included descriptive and inferential statistics. 4.2% were reactive for HIV. The most prevalent were: sexual relations with acquaintances, oral sex and the beginning of active sexual life at an early age. RSB influence the presence of HIV (F = 1.81, R2 adjusted = .036, p = .025). Sex education in this population becomes important to decrease the risk of contracting HIV.
