THE HUMAN SECURITY FROM THE DURABLE DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVE

The individual security or the human security, in short, has as main goal the assurance of individual physical integrity against any form of violence, resulted or not from a conflict. The individual security is more than the absence of the risks and threats of someone's physical or psychical integrity. This is a stance in which dangers an conditions that can hit a human being are being controlled in a way that the individual is protected from every angle. That is why we can appreciate that human security is an indispensable resource of common life that allows the individual and the community to reach it's aspirations and objectives.
