摘要：
Gadobenate dimeglumine (Gd BOPTA) is a gadolinium-based MR contrast agent with increased T1 relaxivity in blood (r1=9.7 MM(-2)s(-1)) compared to other available gadolinium agents. Studies have shown that the higher relaxivity is advantageous for contrast-enhanced MR Angiography of vascular pathology. Reported are the results of studies aimed at defining the usefulness of Gd BOPTA for CE-MRA.
