摘要
An inhibitory kinetic fluorimetric method is reported for the determination of trace resorcinol. The proposed method is based on the inhibitory effect of resorcinol on the reaction of H2O2 oxidation of rhodamicne 6G catalyzed by Fe(III) in perchloric acid medium. The detection limit for resorcinol is 5.9 mu g/L. The linear range of the determination is 0.008 similar to 0.096 mg/L. This method has been used successfully to determine resorcinol in synthetic samples.
