摘要：
Unions experience higher success rates in multi-union certification elections than in single-union elections. In multi-union elections, unions have the highest victory rate when the two unions competing against each other are unaffiliated unions. The outcomes of the multi-union election process involving unaffiliated unions are examined with respect to election type and type of competition among unions.
