摘要：

This paper takes Honggiao airport extension project as background, combines the current situation of outside installation management, considers comprehensively airport's investment and efficiency and analyzes business management of outside installation. By constructing a new, efficient, business synergy standardized real information platform, changes the original dispersed, manual mainly management, lay the foundation for airport building unified command, scheduling, regulation operations security mechanism. We also discuss the applications of data mining and data analysis methods in outside installation management information system. This paper can provide some reference to Chinese other airports' related planning and construction project.
