摘要
The power theories, which are defined in frequency domain, used the Fourier transform. This means that they are capable to analyze only a periodic stationary processes. Physical phenomena in power systems are in general non-stationary and therefore a change of basis from global to local, is mandatory. The dual tree wavelet transform propose the opportunity for a new power definitions and time-frequency analysis.
