摘要：
This paper bases on the model of Service Innovation and takes the new model of Service Innovation SaaS (Software as a service) as a typical case to do an in-depth study. It studies the background of software industry implementing SaaS, the way of implementation, performance, and contributions. The study found, as adopting this new model of service innovation, it can make full use of the advantages of localization, as well as avoiding under-investment, technological backwardness, building the competitive advantages of its own. Service Innovation in the software industry is worth learning.
