摘要
For the urgent demands of competitive market and changing technology improvement, the networked and rapid manufacturing which are founded on Tele-Design and Tele-Manufacturing (TD&M) on Internet/Intranet environment became a critical task at enterprises in the present. In this paper the general architecture and realization methods of a TD&M system which implements Rapid Protooping Manufacturing (RPM) technology, are presented. The key); technologies of constructing remote cooperative environinent for RPM, such as electronic commerce technology, and the Multi-Agent based member-selecting strategy, are analyzed thoroughly. Moreover, a TD&M instance of pump impeller shows that the product development efficiency and the time-to-market speed of pump can be improved greatly through integrating the proposed technologies and methods in this system. Furthermore, this research work is much valuable for the rapid development of similar mechanical products.
