摘要
The characteristic of EXPO Centre Green Building and difficulties was analyzed in the construction. By means of comparing different shoring method, for the stage foundation pit with large drop height, the shoring method of combining space truss support with self-pulling anchor on the foundation bottom slab was adopted, which formed the shoring design and construction technologies in the deep foundation pit with large scale and large drop height. The structure style, concrete strength, design of reinforcement, post-pouring strip setting was analyzed. The method of setting construction joint and post-pouring strip in the concrete pouring by blocks, mixing polypropylene fiber and adding anti-crack rebars, strengthening management in the concrete pouring and curing was adopted. After putting into practice, the new construction method in crack control with super length and none-permanent structural joints was formed. By the method of adding temporary support Miss on the top of sheet-style steel truss top chord, the new construction technology which prevented the plane buckling of the sheet-style truss with large span and high and narrow section was formed. The results show that the large scale pavilion is complicated in function and the structure system has the characteristic of large space and span. It can guarantee the smooth execution of the project by adopting the construction technologies such as various methods of deep foundation shoring with large drop height, crack control for the super long structure, integral lifting craft for the large span steel structure., etc.
