摘要
Semilabeo obscurus, as an endangered species, is a certain economic fish in China and Vietnam. However, study on its genetic diversity is still lacking. In this study, 168 candidate SNPs were verified by Sanger-sequencing. Of these, 123 polymorphic SNP markers were successfully genotyped. The observed heterozygosity (Ho), expected heterozygosity (He) and polymorphic information conten (PIC) ranged from 0.0968-0.9310 (mean 0.3590), 0.0936-0.5085 (mean 0.3550) and 0.0879-0.3750 (mean 0.2807), respectively. Only 3 SNPs (Sob-016, Sob-050 and Sob-115) were significantly deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P < 0.05). Our study may help researchers better understand the genetic traits of S. obscurus, and provide reference for further protecting and reasonably utilizing its genetic resources.
