Spin-polarized current in a magnetic barrier structure under microwave radiation

摘要：
We have proposed a magnetic barrier structure with dc and ac electric fields between the barriers. We have found a significant amount of spin polarization and resonant structure in the transmission as a function of energy. Sets of Fano resonance peaks are clearly observed only for spin-down electrons while the inelastic tunneling processes associated with absorption/emission of photons are observed for both spin electrons.
