Quadrupole contribution to K+ 6Li scattering

摘要
The quadrupole cross sections for K+ Li-6 elastic scattering and inelastic scattering to the 3(+) excited state are calculated using the distorted wave impulse approximation. Comparison is made to recent data to determine the importance of the quadrupole cross sections and to see if both the K+ 6Li and K+ 12C elastic scattering data can be fit using the same K+-nucleon amplitudes.
