摘要：
Diagnosis and treatment of congenital glaucoma is an emergency. The objective of trabeculotomy is to eliminate the trabecular obstruction by creating a new drainage channel from Schlemm's canal. Performed on distended and fragile eyes, this surgical procedure requires great caution.
