摘要
By analyzing appraisable indicators of engineering project bidding risk, a comprehensive evaluation model of engineering project bidding risk based on BP (back propagation) neural network was established to enhance the validity of evaluation in this paper. By learning of some effective samples given, the extraction and storage of experts' knowledge and experience were realized with this model. Two simulation examples show that the proposed comprehensive evaluation model of engineering project bidding risk based on BP neural network is reasonable and feasible. The purpose of this paper would provide a scientific basis for the bidding decision-making.
