摘要
Aqueous and methanol extracts from fruit bodies of five xylotrophic species Pholiota squarrosa, Ph. gummosa, Kuehnermyces mutabilis, Armillaria mellea and Pleurotus ostreatus for free sugars, free amino acids, phenolic acids, glycosides, alkaloids and nitrogen content compounds have been investigated. Phenolic acids (4-hydroxybenzoic, 4-hydroxycinnamic, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic), free amino acids (alanine, valine, serine, proline, methionine, asparagine), steroid glycosides and cholin have been mainly observed. Free sugars (glucose, arabinose, fructose, galactose, rhamnose, saccharose) have not been detected. Further investigations of the physiological activity of the above named five species are in progress.
