摘要：
We use analytic methods to obtain an explicit formula for the fourth power mean Sigma(x) (mod) Sigma(q')(q m=1)|Sigma(q')(a=1) chi(a)e (ma(k)+na/q)|(4), where e(y) = e(2 pi iy),. is a Dirichlet character modulo q and Sigma'(q)(a)= 1 denotes the summation over all a such that (a, q) = 1. This extends the result of Chen, Ai and Cai by overcoming the limitation (n, q) = 1.
