摘要
Energy harvesting systems become gradually popular as a new generation energy source. Energy harvesting systems use sources which are already available such as sun, wind, pressure, heat and electromagnetic waves. Among these, energy harvesting from radio frequency (RF) which constitutes an important section of electromagnetic spectrum is frequently preferred in wireless communication systems. RF energy harvesting is become more reasonable due to the fact that the number of transmission devices and subscriptions increase progressively in energy harvesting. Due to all of these reasons, a cooperative construction using RF energy harvesting and supported from unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is proposed in this study. RF energy harvesting circuit design related to proposed model was presented and outage probability performance was obtained.
