摘要
The objective of this study is to substantiate the importance of the investigative component in the training of university students based on the connection with the university-company link. This alternative makes it possible to solve the existing problems in the orientation, planning and development of the student's research activity, which, like any educational process, is complex, requiring its conscious and strategic management and direction. The article argues how a correct organization of research inserted in the university-company link contributes to raising its rigor and relevance, makes it possible to graduate professionals with an integral vision in their training, with greater mastery in their area of knowledge and that consolidates their commitment and interest in their training. The results of the accumulated experience on this subject at the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas are exposed and finally actions are suggested aimed at perfecting this process and promoting joint collaboration between this center of higher studies and the business network to explore new alternatives that can contribute to the success of this endeavor.
