摘要
Texture and magnetic properties of double-roller meltspun FeSi6.5% ribbons were investigated. Thin ribbons show a strong {1 0 0} <0 v w> texture in the as-quenched state which develops to a {1 0 0} < 1 3 0 > texture after annealing at 1200degreesC. The magnetic losses and the coercivity decrease by a factor of 2-3 due to annealing; they are somewhat higher compared to single-roller ribbons. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
