Study on Enterprise Business Process Reengineering under Informatization Background

As China's economy develops continuously and informatization perfects constantly, enterprise business process cannot adapt traditional development mode in ever-changing process of market economy and information communication. Enterprises need to reengineer business process in accordance with current situations of market economy. Under informatization background, enterprises should combine informatization construction theory to carry out effective process reengineering in combination of enterprise business management and information development. This paper based on informatization background briefly expounds the effects of informatization on enterprises, analyzes the necessity of process reengineering and carries out analysis aiming at reengineered process so as to help enterprises better implement reengineering and make enterprises achieve healthy and long-term development.
