Miniaturized and Integrated Multichannel Interface Network for Active Antenna

The composition principle, design method and measured result of a miniaturized and high integrated active antenna interface network is introduced in this paper. High integration scheme is proposed based on multilayer printed circuit and micro-assemble technology. On this basis, we have designed an integrated layout with six channels, while each channel contains transmit-receive amplification and control circuits for beamforming working from 8GHz to 12GHz. Moreover, we have adopted ten stack layers to realize the circuits and extra inner coupling monitor together with sum-difference network. According to the measured results of the module, amplitude fluctuation is better than 0.3dB, transmitting saturate output power grate than 32dBm, and weights 320g.
