摘要：

At present, the urgent problem needs to be solved in universities is how to combine the web-based instruction and traditional instruction as to improve the teaching efficiency. In this paper, we conclude the concept of web-based instruction based on the analysis of the disadvantages of traditional classroom instruction model. And we analyze the theoretical basis and its advantages of web-based instruction, by which we have been carrying out the application of the web-based course "College Computer Basis". Moreover, we analyze the instruction feedback and effect of this web-based course.
