摘要：

The paper presents the results of the workshop "Agricultural Research - Quo vadis?" regarding the part of Agricultural Engineering Research in Germany, held on 28./29. November 1996. The basis of this workshop has been answers to a questioning of scientists working with universities, research centres and the Institute of Agricultural Engineering Bomim. The analysis concerns on possibilities and handicaps of further development of agricultural engineering research.
