摘要：
The surgical repair of ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction has been well described and well understood by all urologists. Ln comparison to adults, children with UPJ obstruction pose different challenges to the operating surgeon. Unique operative considerations in children include perioperative imaging techniques, the surgical approach, and the judicious use of stents and nephrostomy tubes.
