摘要
In this paper the author find that for developed place it accompany with higher productivity, so there exist economic disparity between east, middle and west regions. The gap mainly results from technical gap, scale gap and efficiency gap, where the scale gap mainly obtain from factor input, and it will disappear as time goes, which means the development based on factor investment is not sustainable.
