摘要
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the biopharmaceutical companies themselves and their value drivers in the goal of enterprise value maximization, and finds value drivers of biopharmaceutical enterprises by means of value chain analysis. Based on the key value drivers and previous theoretical analysis, this paper designs a biopharmaceutical enterprise evaluation index system based on the value chain and the specificity of the industry, and illustrates how biopharmaceutical value drivers impact on its value. When selecting indicators, this research chooses appropriate set of indicators to reflect non-quantifiable indicators in order to establish a comprehensive evaluation model. Applying ANP (Analytic Network Process), it is not only to evaluate biopharmaceutical companies, but also to evaluate the whole industry and make order and order the sample enterprises value in the whole industry, so that the established model could be verified.
