摘要:
Two axes of lycophytes are described for the first time from sedimentary rocks in the "Area Interserrana" of the Buenos Aires Province (Sauce Grande or Claromeco Basin). These specimens are assigned to Malanzania nana Archangelsky et al. The presence of this species appears to be useful to refer these strata as Upper Carboniferous (very probably equivalent with part of the Sauce Grande Formation).
