Research topics in optical communications at Queen's University include all-optical signal processing for wavelength conversion and regeneration, all-optical clock recovery, arbitrary optical waveform generation, transmission over multi-mode fiber, optical amplirication, optical time division demultiolexing, and dispersion compensation using fiber Bragg gratings.
