摘要：
Having developed for more than ten years, the land reserve system had already become the basic approach to land resource management, which is a natural choice of history. However, the land reserve system need to be perfected during the developing process. Closely relating to the real estate price, the paper concerns the problems which remain to be improved in China's urban land reserve system, moreover, propounds some recommendations and opinions.
