摘要：
It is shown that supplying additional resources in order to achieve full efficiency is equivalent to expansion of the input/output space with additional factors that are non-discretionary. Resource-intensive and resource-extensive efficiencies are introduced and defined. A numerical example is given. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
