摘要
The phase evolution of the directionally solidified Ni3Al based superalloy IC6 after exposure to intense pulsed ion beams (IPIB) has been studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. It shows that the deformation texture is formed, on the surface layer of the target under IPIB irradiation with a low power density. The minor amorphous gamma' phase can be produced when the target is irradiated by IPIB with a moderate power density. With further increasing the power density of IPIB, a new phase, appears on the irradiated deformation mechanisms.
