摘要
In order to optimize the parameters of self-acting gas bearing rectangular groove section, and farther improve the loading capacity of self-acting gas bearing, the finite element and numeric combined optimization method of groove section self-acting effect under compressible condition was presented; Using this method, the parameter optimization of rectangular groove section was finished, and the loading capacity-section parameters 3D-surface was plotted, the optimization results show that when groove width coefficient is 1.68 and groove depth coefficient is 2.34 the gas bearing loading capacity is maximum; the simulation results show that the loading capacity of self-acting gas bearing with optimal parameters given out in this paper increased by 14.8%similar to41.4% than those with the conventional parameters.
