摘要
The Confluence Institute for Innovation and Creative Strategies in Architecture was founded by architect Odile Decq in Paris in 2014 as a small private school exempt from the usual politics and traditionalism of the French architectural academies and university institutions. As the name suggests, it is pedagogically constructed to encourage students to intensively and creatively interact with other disciplines - not just those typically associated with architecture, but also fields related to the body and the visual arts. Associate Professor Nicolas Hannequin examines its ethos and some of the work.
