摘要：
With the foundation of the finance report data and synchronous dada of the stock market, the article establishes the index system of the factors that embody the value of the stock. And the index system combined with the neural network algorithm eventually forms the stock analysis model At the same time, according to the model idea, the article emphatically discusses the key questions such as the system function, the system data flow diagram. And these finally build the favorable foundation to realize the model.
