摘要
The microstructural evolution of Fe2O3 and ZnFe2O4 during high-temperature (600-800 degreesC) sonochemical synthesis of zinc ferrite is studied by x-ray diffraction analysis. The results are used to develop a qualitative model for ultrasonically activated solid-state reactions A(s) + B-s --> C-s.
