摘要：
alpha-(Trifluoromethyl)phenylacetic acid (1) was synthesized in good overall yield starting from the cyanohydrin of alpha,alpha,alpha-trifluoroacetophenone, via hydrogenolysis of alpha-mesyloxy-alpha-(trifluoromethyl)phenylacetamide or ethyl alpha-mesyloxy-alpha-(trifluoromethyl)phenylacetate followed by acidic hydrolysis.
