摘要
The selection of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)is perceived to be important for the enterprise to implement the computer integrated project. This paper mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process(ABP)to solve the problem of ERP type selection of enterprises. First of all, this article offers the concept of ERP and its core management ideas, then introduces the importance of ERP selection, and use the analytic hierarchy process to solve the problem of the selection of ERP. Finally, the ABCD method was used to evaluate the ERP selection results. The results show that AHP is a practical and feasible method for enterprise ERP selection.
