摘要:
A method based on ion-pair HPLC separation and photometric detection of Cu2+ and Zn2+ by their complexes of meso-tertra(4-methyl-3-sulfophenyl-porphyrin [T(4-MP)PS4] has been presented. They are separated on an ODS column within 11 min. Using eluant composed of acetonitrile-water (38.0%) solution containing 50 mmol/L tetrathylammonium iodide and 10 mmol/L acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer(pH 4.1) and detected at 420 nm. Trace amount of Zn and Cu in peanut and lotus seed have been successfully determined by this method.
