摘要
Fiber optic beam delivery of high power pulse laser play an important role in atomic vapor laser isotope separation (AVLIS). It includes fiber coupling technique, fiber surface finishing technique, fiber delivering technique and fiber output beam profile shaping technique. By using the fiber optic beam delivery that is stability and flexibility than conventional mirror delivery, pump laser system can adopt more various configurations and pumping ways. Fiber optic delivery of high power pulse laser has been succesfully realized in a pump laser system of AVLIS. In this system, the laser power density had reached 200MW/cm(2), and the average transmission efficiency was about 88% the maximum was 92%.
