摘要：
According to the systematic, open and adjustable principles, the authors establish an ascending power index model with multi-parameters in order to evaluate the dynamic environmental carrying capacity of tourism destinations. The model can be used to explain the relevance of the complex tourism environment system, the dynamic growth of the tourism carrying capacity, the cyclical change of the carrying capacity, and the sudden disturbance of random factors as well as the structural change of cask effect. This paper may provide reference for the study of the environmental carrying capacity of Chinese tourism destinations.
